Lance earns AD3I men’s basketball Player of the Week award
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Nebraska Wesleyan University junior center Jim Lance (Nebraska City, Neb.) is this week’s Association of Division III Independents men’s basketball Player of the Week. Lance came off the bench and had a perfect shooting night to lead NWU over conference rival Doane College. He was 5-5 from the field and 4-4 at the free throw line to score 14 points. He also pulled down a game-high 8 rebounds in just 19 minutes of action. With his four made free throws, he has now extended his consecutive made foul shots streak to 15.
