Thank you for supporting the Association of Division III Independents and the effort to honor outstanding student-athletes from its member institutions in 2009-10. The nominee(s) should be the best of the best from your institution. Suffice it to say, the nominee(s) must have made a significant contribution to their teams this month. Please provide clear rationale in the Key Statistics and Rationale box as to why your institution's nominee(s) should be selected as the male and female Student-Athlete of the Month for February 2010.

To nominate a male and/or female student-athlete for the 2009-10 Association of Division III Independents Student-Athlete of the Month awards, please complete the form below and submit by Wednesday, March 10, 2010. All nomination forms will be e-mailed to the members of the Student-Athlete Recognition Committee (SARC). The SARC will vote on the male and female nominees and announce the winners not later than March 12, 2010.
