List Serve
We
are happy to invite you to join the newly established Division III independents
student-athlete list serve. The list was created to encourage communication
between Division III independent student athletes.
If you would like
to join the list:
1. Send an e-mail addressed to: listproc@csueastbay.edu
2. In the body of the message, type: join D3INDEPSAAC User's Name
end
User name is your
first name, another space, and your last name. (note it must start with
the word "join"). IMPORTANT! Use plain text format (not HTML)
and no signature on all commands sent to listproc. Then END command
will assist those with no control over text automatically appended to
their messages; e.g. HOTMAIL and YAHOO mail
You will then receive
a message of welcome from the list server, indicating that you have
been added to the list.
Once your name has
been added, you can send messages to everyone on the list by e-mailing
D3INDEPSAAC@lists.csueastbay.edu
. Replies to messages placed on the list will be forwarded automatically
to everyone on the list. IF YOU WISH TO REPLY TO THE SENDER ONLY, send
a separate e-mail to that individual, not a reply on the list server.
If you wish to unsubscribe
at any time in the future, send a message to listproc@lists.csueastbay.edu
with the following text in the body of the message: unsubscribe D3INDEPSAAC
A couple of housekeeping
tips:
When sending messages
to the list, please turn off the "return receipt
requested" function on your computer.
If you set your
computer to send an out-of-office reply during extended absences, please
unsubscribe from the list and subscribe again when you return. Otherwise,
all members of the list will receive the out-of-office reply for every
message placed on the list.
If your e-mail address
changes for any reason, please unsubscribe with your old e-mail address
and subscribe again with you new address.
This list serve
is hosted by California State East Bay, in the spirit of cooperation
with the network community. Opinions expressed by contributors do not
